Senior Project Manager – Professional Services, GRC

As a (Senior) Project Manager in our Professional Services – GRC team, you will lead complex, large-scale enterprise implementations of Mitratech’s SaaS solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects that transform our clients’ risk and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Implementations: Manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale GRC software implementations across global organizations, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals are achieved.
- Client Partnership: Serve as the main point of contact for executive stakeholders, building trusted relationships and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal teams — including consultants, developers, product managers, and quality assurance — to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage challenges to maintain momentum and client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of implementations.
- Functional Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Information Governance frameworks to guide solution design and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Strategic Input: Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify opportunities for solution expansion and innovation based on client feedback and emerging industry needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years (Senior level: 8+ years) of project management experience in consulting, SaaS or enterprise software implementations, ideally in Risk, Compliance, or Information Security domains.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects within large organizations.
- Strong project governance and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Familiarity with Cyber, Privacy, and IT Governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Language: Excellent German and English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
