Sr. Brand & Content Strategy Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Brand & Content Strategy Manager to help modernize and scale how Mitratech executes brand storytelling, thought leadership, and lead-driving content in an AI-forward, systems-driven marketing organization.
This is not a traditional content production role. It is a senior manager role responsible for building and operating content systems that drive brand strength, demand generation, and pipeline influence — using AI to replace manual effort and enable fewer, higher-impact content investments.
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing, HR Solutions and works cross-functionally across Product Marketing, Demand, Web, Paid Digital, and Design. The Sr. Brand & Content Strategy Manager also plays a critical role in maintaining and maximizing the impact of Mitratech’s PR agency partnership with Walker Sands.
Core Responsibilities
Brand, Narrative & PR Execution

Execute against Mitratech’s defined brand POV and messaging frameworks, ensuring consistency across owned, earned, and shared channels

Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing partner to Walker Sands, aligning PR narratives, campaigns, and thought leadership with growth priorities

Translate complex compliance, risk, and HR topics into clear, credible narratives for prospects, customers, analysts, and media

Support executive and SME thought leadership development in partnership with PR and senior leadership
Content Systems & Lead-Driving Execution

Design and operate content systems that support demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and brand storytelling

Ensure content is intentionally designed to drive leads and influence pipeline, not just awareness

Lead content atomization: transforming one approved core asset into multiple downstream formats (web, email, sales enablement, social, PR, paid landing pages)

Partner with Demand, Web, and Product Marketing to align content to ICPs, buyer journeys, and conversion goals
AI-First Content Operations

Use AI tools to generate first-pass drafts for blogs, POV pieces, press inputs, social content, enablement assets, and campaign content

Leverage AI to enforce brand voice, clarity, and consistency at scale

Continuously identify opportunities where AI can replace manual effort, increase speed-to-market, and improve quality
SEO, Search Experience & Conversion Optimization

Optimize content for search visibility, user experience, and lead conversion (SXO)

Partner with Web and Digital teams to ensure content supports CRO, landing page performance, and full-funnel impact

Analyze organic and content-assisted performance and translate insights into optimization recommendations
Performance, Measurement & Optimization

Measure content effectiveness using lead generation, pipeline influence, engagement quality, and brand lift

Use data and AI insights to refine content topics, formats, and distribution strategies

Communicate content impact clearly and regularly to marketing leadership
Team Leadership & Management

Manage and develop three direct reports:

Motion Graphics & Web Designer

Set clear priorities, workflows, and quality standards for the content and creative team

Coach team members to work efficiently, leverage AI, and continuously improve

Foster a culture of accountability, focus, and high-quality execution

Requirements
-
5 - 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, digital content, SEO, or related roles

Demonstrated experience managing and developing team members

Experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, demand, and design teams

Strong writing, editing, and content judgment skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Experience in SaaS or HR compliance industries strongly preferred
Technical & Tool Experience

CMS experience (WordPress preferred)
-
SEO platforms such as SEMRush, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
-
A/B testing and optimization tools (Optimizely, Unbounce, or similar)

Familiarity with Google suite and web analytics

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and schema markup a plus

HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce experience a plus
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company

This role is critical to helping Mitratech evolve from high-volume content production to high-impact, AI-enabled brand and demand storytelling. Success will be measured by focus, efficiency, consistency, and influence on pipeline and brand — not by how much content is published.
