Enterprise Implementation Specialist – Ethics & Compliance Hotline Services
Overview
The Enterprise Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading implementations of the company’s Ethics Hotline platform for clients. This role partners closely with clients, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and launch of hotline programs that meet regulatory, operational, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple implementations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
The Implementation Specialist serves as the primary project owner for assigned clients from contract handoff through go-live. This includes gathering their system configurations; managing implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables; and coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure a smooth and timely launch.
The role works directly with client stakeholders—including compliance, legal, HR, and IT—to configure hotline intake channels, reporting workflows, language support, and anonymity options. The specialist also provides client education and enablement through live training sessions and documentation, ensuring clients are fully prepared to manage their hotline program post-launch.
Post-implementation, this role supports a structured handoff to the Hotline Support team and may assist with enterprise upgrades, cross-sell implementations, or reconfigurations as client needs evolve.
