Job Overview

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for key capabilities within our Embedded Compliance Intelligence platform.

Embedded Compliance Intelligence transforms regulatory complexity into actionable insights and features, integrating regulatory content, AI-driven insights, and workflow automation directly into customer operations.

This is not a feature factory role. You own outcomes.

You will define product direction, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact across a highly integrated ecosystem spanning compliance content, AI, data platforms, and enterprise workflows. You must be equally comfortable shaping long-term platform strategy and getting deep into execution details.

What You’ll Own

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to embed AI into compliance workflows, including regulatory intelligence, automation, and decision support
  • Establish and own KPIs tied to adoption, automation rates, compliance outcomes, and revenue impact
  • Make and communicate clear prioritization and tradeoff decisions across a complex product landscape

AI-Driven Compliance Innovation

  • Translate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, rule systems, data models) into differentiated product experiences
  • Lead experimentation and iterative delivery of AI-enabled compliance features
  • Partner with engineering on build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI and data capabilities
  • Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, explainability, and regulatory alignment

Feature & Capability Ownership

Own and evolve core Embedded Compliance Intelligence capabilities, including:

  • Regulatory data ingestion and content distribution
  • Policy and compliance intelligence systems
  • Workflow orchestration and task automation
  • Integration layers with HRIS, payroll, and enterprise systems
  • AI-assisted compliance insights and recommendations

Drive these capabilities as scalable platform components, not one-off features.

Customer Discovery & Market Validation

  • Lead ongoing customer discovery and validation efforts
  • Partner with compliance experts and clients to understand regulatory and operational pain points
  • Translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog
  • Validate solutions through prototyping, experimentation, and data

Execution & Delivery

  • Own delivery from concept through release and adoption
  • Define clear product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, success metrics)
  • Partner with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, scalable releases
  • Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data and customer feedback

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Align stakeholders across engineering, UX, compliance, GTM, and leadership
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executives and customers
  • Act as a force multiplier across teams to ensure clarity, speed, and accountability

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling complex, high-impact products
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled, data-driven, or automation-focused solutions
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured product strategies
  • Experience working on platforms, APIs, integrations, or workflow systems
  • Comfort working in highly cross-functional, distributed environments

Nice to Have (But Valuable)

  • Experience with compliance, regulatory tech, or HR systems
  • Familiarity with policy management, regulatory change, or risk systems
  • Experience integrating with HRIS, payroll, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
  • Exposure to data models, rule engines, or AI/ML systems in production

What Success Looks Like

  • CaaS capabilities that scale across jurisdictions and products
  • Measurable increases in automation, adoption, and compliance efficiency
  • AI capabilities that move from novelty to trusted decision support
  • Clear product direction with strong execution velocity and stakeholder alignment

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
