Job Overview:
We are looking for an Analyst, Revenue Operations to join our team. The Analyst, Revenue Operations will partner with sales teams across Mitratech to support and improve sales processes, strategy, and data. This position reports to the Manager, Revenue Operations and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and personable, with a focus on reporting and analytics in support of sales forecasting and pipeline management, and project management of cross-functional RevOps initiatives from initiation through execution.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Manage recurring reporting for forecast, pipeline, funnel metrics, lead flow, and revenue performance.
  •  Support segmentation, account prioritization, and territory planning.
  • Own RevOps initiatives end-to-end—from scoping and planning through execution and measurement.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with clear milestones, owners, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and rules of engagement to codify best practices and enable the team.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Customer Success to drive GTM execution.
  • Perform Salesforce administrative duties including account creation, territory changes, and lead conversion.
  • Support M&A activity from a data operations perspective by assisting in data mapping/load needs

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or Business Analysis.
  •  Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.).
  •  Proficient with Salesforce.com
  •  Strong analytical mindset, comfortable translating business questions into data stories.
  • Strong project management instincts: organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage competing priorities 

Education:                         

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
