Overview

We are searching for Java Developers to join our rapidly growing Hyderabad Center of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and implementing products. Additional responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements and developing code in a variety of programming languages for a web-based enterprise application.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, following infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery
• Monitor system health, define SLOs/SLAs, and drive incident response and post-mortems
• Automate operational tasks to reduce toil and improve engineering efficiency
• Implement cloud security controls, IAM policies, and compliance guardrails
• Optimize cloud resource usage for performance and cost
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure services are designed for cloud-native deployment
• Maintain and improve observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing)

Requirements & Skills:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud infrastructure or operations
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53)
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar)
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, VPNs, security groups)
• Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.)

Desired Skilled & Experience: 

• AWS certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps Administrator)
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments and AWS Organizations
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
• Background in SRE practices and reliability engineering
• Contributions to open-source infrastructure tooling
