 Job Overview 

We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Customer Education team, supporting Mitratech’s TeamConnect platform.

This role is ideal for someone with legal experience interested in transitioning into a training and enablement career. You don’t need to be a professional trainer yet; we will teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand legal workflows, learn complex systems, and communicate clearly.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Learn and become proficient in TeamConnect (legal matter management platform)
  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually
  • Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, and CSMs to:
    • Understand new features
    • Translate them into training content
  • Create and maintain training materials:
    • eLearning courses (LMS)
    • Job aids, guides, video tutorials and documentation
  • Manage and organize training logistics:
    • Scheduling sessions
    • Coordinating with clients & Project Managers
  • Maintain and improve LMS content and structure
  • Continuously improve training based on feedback and product updates

Requirements & Skills:

Required

  • 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Close attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to learn complex systems quickly
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience explaining processes or training others
  • Experience with legal software or case/matter management systems
  • Experience creating documentation, guides, or SOPs
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning tools

Education:                         

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
