Job Summary

As a Training & Enablement Specialist, you will design and deliver learning experiences across the full Mitratech HR Solutions product suite with the goal of driving product adoption, client engagement, and contract renewals. Your work directly shapes how clients learn about and use our products — when awareness and adoption are low or clients feel unsupported, training is often the fix.

You will own and execute a broad range of training modalities: live 1:many virtual trainings, partner-sponsored client sessions in collaboration with Customer Success Managers, self-paced eLearning courses (Articulate), video production, support articles, marketing flyers, and targeted email communications. You will manage an internal training request queue, fielding requests from employees across the organization for new content, training support, and enablement resources.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who brings genuine curiosity about data, a collaborative mindset, and a positive, can-do attitude to every project. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where the scope of your work evolves, and you proactively identify opportunities to improve the learning experience without being asked.

Essential Functions of the Position

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Design and deliver live, scaled 1:many training webinars covering various Mitratech HR Solutions across all client and partner segments
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to plan and execute partner-sponsored client trainings tailored to specific audiences
  • Develop asynchronous training content including Articulate eLearning courses, instructional videos, support articles, one-pagers, and email enablement campaigns
  • Manage and triage an internal training request queue, prioritizing requests by urgency and impact and ensuring timely delivery of content and support
  • Collect and analyze training engagement data, registration and attendance metrics, and post-training feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and identify gaps
  • Make data-informed recommendations to leadership on new content development, content updates, and process improvements
  • Stay current on all product updates across the HR Solutions suite and proactively update or create training content to reflect platform changes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Advisory Services, Technical Support, and other teams to align training efforts with business priorities
  • Provide monthly updates on training KPIs, content utilization, and goal attainment to manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Core Competencies

  • Initiative & Ownership: Proactively identifies needs, gaps, and opportunities without waiting to be directed. Takes full ownership of projects from concept through execution and follow-up.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collects, analyzes, and interprets training and engagement data to make informed recommendations and continuously optimize content and delivery.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Works effectively across teams — CSMs, Implementation, Product, Technical Support, and others — to align training efforts with organizational goals and client needs. Builds strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Instructional Design & Content Creation: Skilled in creating engaging learning experiences across multiple formats — live presentations, eLearning (Articulate), video, written content — with a strong sense of what makes training land effectively for diverse audiences.
  • Positive, Adaptable Mindset: Approaches change and ambiguity with a constructive attitude. Models resilience and enthusiasm for the team and brings energy to client-facing and cross-functional engagements.
  • Persuasive Communication: Communicates clearly and compellingly in writing and verbally; adapts style and content to diverse audiences ranging from end users to executive stakeholders.
  • Thoroughness & Attention to Detail: Ensures work is accurate and complete; follows through on commitments and maintains high standards for quality across all deliverables.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
