This role is based in USA and operates as a key member of a globally distributed marketing team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the US, UK, and EMEA to deliver consistent, high-performing digital programs at scale.

Job Overview

The Product Marketing Manager, GRC, owns the core craft of product marketing for Mitratech's GRC portfolio — positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, win/loss, launch execution, and sales enablement — and reports to the Director, Product Marketing GRC. They'll bring a proactive, self-starting instinct — spotting what needs doing and moving on it, rather than waiting to be told. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing a best-in-class Product Marketing bill of materials, designing AI agents and workflows that eliminate manual work, and working across the Marketing team and the organization by building strong relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Manage product, solution, and platform positioning and messaging for the GRC portfolio, maintaining a single messaging "spine" that sales, content, and campaigns all work from
  • Partner with Product Managers to stay close to product updates and translate roadmap updates and product releases into clear, differentiated, buyer-ready messaging across personas — from risk and compliance professionals to the board
  • Manage our persona and segmentation framework across the GRC portfolio so targeting, messaging, and deal strategy sharpen

Competitive Intelligence & Win/Loss

  • Lead the competitive intelligence program across the GRC landscape, feeding always-on (AI-powered where possible) tracking into strategy and battlecards that help commercial teams address objections and articulate Mitratech's differentiation with confidence
  • Own the win/loss program and translate findings into positioning, enablement, and GTM enhancements, reporting trends back to the business

Reporting, Data & AI-Enabled Workflows

  • Partner with the Director of Product Marketing on a recurring reporting cadence connecting PMM activity to pipeline, win rate, and retention, and use it to identify where PMM should focus next
  • Design and build AI-assisted agents/workflow that remove manual work from competitive monitoring, launch production, and enablement content — and own their ongoing accuracy

Launch & GTM Execution

  • Execute the GTM motion for new products and feature releases — from positioning through launch — working cross-functionally to put messaging in market
  • Partner with Customer Marketing to ideate and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth across existing customer segments
  • Partner with Analyst Relations to ensure positioning is reflected accurately in analyst-facing materials — without owning either function
  • Partner with Field/Demand Gen to turn positioning and competitive intel into campaign content, and with Product Management to stay ahead of roadmap changes that affect messaging and launch timing

Sales Enablement

  • Own BOFU enablement: buyer's guides, business cases, ROI frameworks, competitive transition guides, and deal-support assets
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to make sure reps have what they need to win competitive, high-value deals — training, persona-specific collateral, objection handling guides, and fast turnaround on deal-support requests

Requirements & Skills

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology; GRC, risk, or compliance industry experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ownership of a competitive intelligence and/or win/loss program from scratch or through a rebuild
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable defining metrics and building reporting frameworks that tie marketing activity to pipeline, win rate, and retention outcomes
  • Hands-on, practical experience using AI tools to build workflows or agents that remove manual work — not just to generate first drafts of content

This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US. Given the need for team collaboration and meeting overlap, candidates who can align with Eastern Time Zone business hours are strongly preferredAnticipated Pay Range: $110,000 – $120,000 annually USD

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
