About this Job

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the company. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and conducting market research to identify potential areas for business development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years in outbound sales in the India region (IT & Security Solution Sales)
  • Masters degree in business or related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
  • Identify and engage with potential enterprise customers and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Develop and execute against an assigned quota and territory plan.
  • Prospect, forecast, build and maintain a sales pipeline with a high level of activity and driving deals from start to finish via the sales cycle.
  • Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition, expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.
  • Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.
  • Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress towards targets.
