Responsibilities:   

Computer Systems Management:

  • Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and laptops, encompassing macOS and Windows platforms.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell for automation and streamlining maintenance tasks.

Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Experienced in monitoring and managing office infrastructure and network components, including Firewalls, Switches, and Printers.
  • Capable of troubleshooting and resolving internal hardware and software issues efficiently.

Data Management and Security:

  • Competent in managing and monitoring data backup and recovery processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Actively involved in implementing security measures and policies to safeguard organizational assets.

System Optimization and Maintenance:

  • Proficient in upgrading, patching, and monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Diligently maintain system efficiency and security by consistently monitoring system logs, events, and relevant data sources.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC2).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

Requirements

  • 5 - 6 Years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
