Roles and Responsibilities :
- Installing, Configuring and maintaining computers and laptops including macOS and Windows.
- Strong Knowledge in Bash and Powershell scripting for automation and maintenance tasks
- Monitoring and maintaining the office infrastructure, network including Firewall,Switches, Printers and other components
- Troubleshooting and Rectifying internal Hardware and Software issues
- Managing and Monitoring backup and recovery of data with compliance standards
- Participating in the implementation of security measures and policies
- Upgrading, Patching and Monitoring systems and processes as required
- Ensuring the systems are efficient and secure by consistently monitoring system logs, events and other data sources.
