Job Description
We are looking for a competent Help/Service desk Executive to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate IT personnel when necessary.
- Document all incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
- Responsible for ensuring assigned tasks are completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Requirements
- 1+ yrs into any international customer support or Help/service desk support
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Shift : Rotational Shift
