Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice coaching and a proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct voice coaching sessions for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences
• Facilitate instructor-led training programs
• Design, plan, and implement effective training curriculums
• Organize and execute training workshops and classes
• Provide constructive criticism and coaching to participants
• Assess individual performance and develop improvement plans
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in voice coaching, specifically for employees servicing US and/or UK audiences
• Proven experience in facilitating instructor-led training programs
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute training workshops and classes
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training curriculums
• Skilled in providing constructive feedback and coaching to participants
• Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in assessing individual performance and creating improvement plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications in training or communication (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) are a plus
• Familiarity with various training methodologies and adult learning principles
• Proficiency in using training-related software and tools
