Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruitment Lead to strategize, plan, and execute our campus hiring initiatives across top engineering and management institutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end campus recruitment, from planning annual hiring drives to onboarding selected candidates. This role requires strong collaboration across stakeholders, deep understanding of tech talent evaluation, and expertise in leveraging assessment tools and ATS platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Strategize & Execute Campus Hiring: Design and implement a scalable campus hiring strategy across IITs, NITs, IIITs, IIMs, and other top-tier colleges.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and recruitment teams to understand talent needs and campus intake planning.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Leverage and manage assessment platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, Mettl, SHL) to ensure consistent and data-driven candidate evaluation.
• ATS Proficiency: Manage and optimize workflows on ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Taleo) to ensure a smooth candidate experience and data accuracy.
• Campus Branding: Build and execute employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team to strengthen our presence on campuses.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong partnerships with placement offices, professors, and student organizations to foster long-term engagement.
• Event Management: Organize pre-placement talks, hackathons, case study competitions, and intern conversion programs.
• Data & Analytics: Monitor hiring metrics, provide dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in campus recruitment processes.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of campus recruiters and coordinate internal interview panels.
Qualification:
• 8–15 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in leading campus programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campus drives across engineering and/or B-schools.
• Deep knowledge of assessment tools (HackerRank, Mettl, Codility, SHL, etc.) and experience designing online assessments and interview workflows.
• Proficiency in ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or equivalent.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in a product-based or technology-driven company preferred.
• MBA or relevant post-graduation is a plus.
