Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Lead - Cybersecurity leading and mentoring security teams, developing and implementing security strategies, conducting risk assessments, responding to security incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting on security risks to leadership

Responsibilities

Design and implement secure cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Lead threat modelling, risk assessments, and security reviews for cloud-native applications.
Develop and enforce cloud security policies, standards, and best practices.
Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Monitor cloud environments for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threats.
Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and application teams to ensure secure deployments.
Evaluate and implement cloud security tools (e.g., CSPM, CWPP, SIEM).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cloud security engineers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA).
Respond to and investigate cloud-related security incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience in data protection and cybersecurity, including incident management, security incident response frameworks, and disaster recovery planning.
Experience in cloud security and working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cybersecurity initiatives.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate data security risks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with IT & business stakeholders.
