Job Title: Python Web Developer – CART (Customer Active Response Team)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Python Web Developer to join our Customer Active Response Team (CART). This team is the frontline for addressing and resolving customer-reported issues. You will be responsible for analyzing, debugging, optimizing, and delivering quick, effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to customer experience. This is a shift-based role requiring availability for round-the-clock support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and debug customer-reported issues in real-time.
- Develop and deploy quick fixes or workarounds to minimize customer impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and long-term solutions.
- Write clean, efficient Python code to support bug fixes and enhancements.
- Optimize performance of existing code and services for faster resolution and better scalability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes.
- Participate in a rotating shift schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in debugging and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience in Teamhandling.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and log analysis.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quick, reliable fixes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in customer support engineering or incident response roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.
