Role: SEO Specialist
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This mid-senior level role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in organic search and a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape. You will play a key role in driving qualified traffic, improving search rankings, and contributing to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website architecture, landing pages, and content for both search engines and user experience.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to integrate SEO best practices.
- Monitor and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend solutions for crawlability, indexation, and site speed.
- Build and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
- Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced SaaS company.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Understanding of paid search and its synergy with organic efforts.
- Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or related fields.
