Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the technical execution of our global demand generation campaigns. You will be the hands-on expert responsible for building inbound/outbound email sequences, managing lead flow, and ensuring our messaging reaches the right audience through HubSpot, Outreach, and Reply.io. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who enjoys the technical side of "how" a campaign actually runs.
Responsibilities
- Sequence Design: Build and launch sophisticated email sequences for inbound and outbound leads using Reply.io, Outreach, and Campaign Monitor.
- Automation Setup: Configure triggers, delays, and branching logic within HubSpot to ensure timely and relevant communication with prospects.
- Messaging Accuracy: Ensure all emails, landing pages, and assets are correctly formatted, personalized, and functional before launch.
- Lead Flow Monitoring: Daily management of lead queues to ensure prospects are moving through the funnel without technical hitches.
- Scoring Implementation: Execute lead scoring rules to help the Sales team identify the most engaged prospects.
- Database Hygiene: Perform regular audits of our marketing database to ensure lead information is accurate and compliant with global standards (GDPR/CAN-SPAM).
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team.
- A/B Testing: Regularly test subject lines, email copy, and CTA buttons to optimize engagement within our automated workflows.
Required Experience & Expertise
- 3 + years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Email Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Solid experience with HubSpot, Outreach, or Campaign Monitor. Familiarity with Reply.io is a strong advantage.
- A strong understanding of how different marketing tools "talk" to each other and an obsession with process accuracy.
- Ability to work closely with Content and Sales teams to turn ideas into functional automated campaigns.
- Direct experience working within Salesforce to manage lead views and reporting.
- Experience managing or troubleshooting the HubSpot-Salesforce integration (field mapping, sync errors, lead routing) is a huge plus.
