Regional Aftersales Manager
Join the Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) Team!
About the Job
MMNA restructured its field operations in mid-2025, which included creating a small, focused West Region with a smaller number of dealer partners to strongly focus on growth of current and new dealer partners in this Region. The West Region currently has ~35 dealers divided into three districts. While the Regional Aftersales Manager (RAM) role in the West Region shares commonalities with the other RAMs nationally, as the RAM for the West Region, you will particularly work hand in hand with the Regional Sales Manager and Dealer Development Manager on business growth and development of Aftersales opportunities in current and new markets. This is a unique opportunity for the individual who likes to build and grow, and wants to see the results of their efforts in real time. This position currently reports to the Director, Aftersales Performance.
Role Summary
As the Regional Aftersales Manager – West Region, you are a member of the Company’s leadership team, responsible for strategically driving Aftersales performance and serving as mentor, expert consultant, and brand ambassador within the Region and with dealer partners.
Your effective leadership will increase sales profitability in parts and accessories and the service lane, assist our West Region dealer partners in the growth of their Aftersales businesses, and will optimize the customer experience, helping to ensure positive brand awareness, loyalty, and a seamless customer journey. You will guide your direct reports – District Parts and Service Managers - to successfully implement our strategic plan and provide consultative partnership to drive well managed, profitable dealer operations across the Region. You also will be instrumental in the implementation of Momentum 2030, Mitsubishi Motors’ long-term business plan to achieve a modernized retail sales and service model, a path to network expansion and sales growth, and to be a leader in industry change and evolution.
Location of Position: This role requires that you live within the Region, preferably in one of the major markets within the Region (California - several, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Denver) and close to a major metropolitan airport. Members of Region leadership are typically able to work from home one day per week, but should be traveling within the Region to dealer partners 3-4 days per week, including overnight travel. You will also travel occasionally to the corporate headquarters in Franklin, TN. It is not expected that this position will require international travel.
As a Dealer Development Manager, You Will: Representative duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
