Regional Sales Manager (South Region)
Join the Mitsubishi Motors North America (MMNA) Team!
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales performance and dealer network development across a multi-state territory. This senior field leadership role oversees a team of (6) District Sales Managers and a shared Distribution Manager, and partners directly with dealer principals to strengthen retail performance, profitability, and customer experience across the Mitsubishi network.
As the region’s senior field leader, you will drive execution of strategic initiatives tied to Momentum 2030, Mitsubishi’s long-term growth plan to modernize retail operations, expand the dealer network, and increase market share across North America.

Successful candidates typically come from automotive OEM field organizations, captive finance teams, or regional leadership roles overseeing dealer networks and district sales teams. Candidates whose experience is limited to managing a single dealership or individual sales territory may find the scope of this role significantly broader than their current responsibilities.
