About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Director of Product Marketing to lead our PMM function and help shape how the world understands and adopts our product. You'll drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our core platform and new innovations. You’ll partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen to fuel growth, launch new capabilities, and elevate our voice in the market.
You’ll have a direct hand in shaping how customers experience our product and how the market sees our brand. You’ll work with a talented, experienced team that values clarity, bold thinking, and speed—and you’ll help drive the next wave of growth for a product that teams around the world rely on to move faster, smarter.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Marketing function, building a high-performing team of PMMs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the target audience and buyer personas.
- Orchestrate market research and analysis to inform target segments, industries, and personas.
- Own our core messaging and positioning—ensuring it's clear, differentiated, and aligned across every touchpoint.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, launches, and product lines.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap strategy based on market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
- Equip Sales and CS with compelling enablement assets, pitch deck, competitive battlecards, product demos and value-based narratives.
- Collaborate with Demand Gen on integrated campaigns that bring our product story to life across the funnel.
- Be the voice of the customer—conducting research, building personas, and identifying key buyer/user insights.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and category shifts to keep us ahead of the curve.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with 5+ years in a people management role.
- A proven track record of leading successful launches and GTM motions that drove adoption and revenue growth.
- Deep empathy for users and a sharp understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complexity into clear, compelling messaging.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Bonus Points For
- Background in strategy consulting and product marketing within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience in mix of PLG (product-led growth) and Sales-led growth, and digital analytics is a plus.
- A strong grasp of the modern data stack.
- Prior experience with product-led growth.
- Expertise in marketing technical products to product managers, developers, analysts, and/or data engineers
- Experience using SQL.
