About the Talent Acquisition Team
Mixpanel's Talent Acquisition team is responsible for building a world-class organization while providing an exceptional candidate experience. We act as strategic partners to our executive team and senior leadership, providing guidance and advising on best practices around talent acquisition and cutting-edge recruiting strategies.
About the Role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager and People Representative in our Bangalore Office, you will play a key role in shaping Mixpanel’s growth. You'll be the sole People team representative in Bangalore, acting as our eyes and ears on the ground and fostering a strong local culture. Our Go-to-Market recruiting team focuses on supporting all of our global customer-facing roles, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Working closely with business leaders, you will provide strategic partnership to effectively build talent pipelines from sourcing to closing. With your guidance and expertise, you will play an integral part in growing the GTM teams with a high bar of top talent, which will lead to Mixpanel achieving superior business results. This role is for you if you excel in candidate scheduling, prospecting, and collaboration with hiring partners. You will also contribute to projects that benefit the larger people organization.
Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of interviews while working with multiple time zones.
- Candidate prospecting for a diverse set of talent leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse CRM Campaigns, and out-of-the-box recruitment strategies
- Providing a world-class experience for prospective employees and internal clients
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment amendments to candidates.
- Contributing to Adhoc projects with the People Team and recruitment strategy.
- Acting as the primary People team representative in the Bangalore office, assisting with local HR inquiries and initiatives as needed.
- Create an exceptional, high-touch, "best in class" candidate experience from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring they have all necessary information.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in HR Administrations and Operations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to and manage last-minute changes.
- Willing to take ownership across wide-ranging responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- Integrity and discretion while handling confidential information.
- Passion for staying on top of recruiting market trends, and constantly looking to enhance and evolve their strategic approach to hiring
- Direct knowledge and experience in sourcing from target companies
- Proven successful track record of producing outcomes by hitting sourcing targets, hiring goals, and exceeding expectations
