WHO WE ARE

At Mizzen+Main, we believe what we wear to work reflects what we think of work. And we think work is fun. We think it’s a place of joy, collaboration, discipline, laughter, the ups and downs, and everything in between all of those things. That’s why we make clothes that make people comfortable. We make clothes that let people breathe and stretch and move and think. We make clothes that let them work. And we have a good time doing it.

Founded in 2012 with the belief that there is a better way, Mizzen+Main is a premium men’s brand with product rooted in performance fabrics and tailored silhouettes. Mizzen+Main is a multi-channel brand, comprised of our Ecommerce site, Retail Stores, and Wholesale Partners across the US, with our headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Our Values are simple and guide everything we do: We Have Commitments, We Think Big, We Act as Owners, We’re People Too, and We Never Settle.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Wholesale Field Merchandising Coordinator will serve as an essential extension of the Wholesale team, responsible for ensuring Mizzen+Main's brand presence and product sell-through are maximized across key wholesale accounts.  This role addresses a critical gap by providing dedicated, consistent in-store support and training. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, travel-ready individual who can execute brand standards, enhance retail staff product knowledge, and drive immediate fill-in and replenishment orders. This strategic addition will ensure our brand’s performance at key retail partners like Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s are consistently optimized, leading to a strong competitive advantage and increased market share.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Execute and maintain best-in-class visual merchandising standards and Brand placement at all assigned wholesale doors.
  • Ensure all Mizzen+Main fixtures are fully stocked, visually appealing, and accurately representing the brand's premium image.
  • Travel extensively (up to three weeks of every month) to local and key wholesale markets to assess distribution, competitive landscape, and Brand placement.
  • Provide real-time photos and reporting on floor space, product positioning, and competitive brands to the Wholesale and Marketing teams.
  • Generate immediate ROI by physically checking inventory, identifying low-stock key items, and gathering replenishment orders and fill-ins directly from store management at a faster rate than the team can achieve by calling/emailing.
  • Monitor in-store sell-through performance and proactively address product opportunities or misses.
  • Communicate frequently with Sales Team regarding stock levels, product performance, and opportunities to drive reorders.
  • Conduct frequent, engaging, on-site product knowledge training sessions for retail sales associates and managers at wholesale partners.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with in-store personnel to ensure they are excited to prioritize and sell Mizzen+Main products.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the brand, gathering consumer insights and competitive brand information from the retail floor.
  • Manage and submit detailed daily travel and visit reports detailing merchandising changes, stock levels, training activity, and order generation.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams by leveraging feedback from retailers and buyers to inform future planning.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Prior experience working in a retail merchandising, field sales, or visual management role is required.
  • Men's apparel or golf apparel experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 60% of the time).
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are an absolute requirement.
  • A shared appreciation for and commitment to our values.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
