Assistant Store Manager - Kierland Commons - Scottsdale, AZ

Scottsdale, AZ

WHO WE ARE

In 2012, Mizzen+Main set out to end the trade-off between looking sharp and feeling comfortable, and in doing so helped create the performance menswear category. We re-engineer classics with better materials and considered construction, built to keep pace with the life our customer leads.

We are now entering our next chapter: evolving from a performance shirt company into a premium menswear brand. Our customer is an established, accomplished professional. He values substance over show, is loyal to the few brands that earn it, and expects his clothes to meet his standards. We are building a brand worthy of him.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Mizzen+Main is seeking a highly motivated, fashion-forward, and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail team. This role supports the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and plays a key role in driving store performance, delivering a world-class customer experience, and cultivating a positive and productive store culture.

  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and brand-aligned retail environment that supports an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the Store Manager in driving all aspects of store operations including staffing, training, sales performance, and daily execution of store initiatives.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training sales associates and keyholders.
  • Provide daily coaching and on-the-floor leadership to reinforce team alignment with sales and service goals.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing duties, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Help manage and maintain an organized, efficient stockroom to ensure timely replenishment and product flow.
  • Assist in executing floor sets and visual displays in line with brand standards and seasonal initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Mizzen+Main’s operational policies and procedures.

While this job posting emphasizes the key responsibilities and requirements, there may be additional duties, responsibilities and qualifications for this job.
