We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will focus on architecting and optimizing revenue processes, partnering cross-functionally to ensure our revenue systems and data infrastructure scale with the business. You’ll collaborate closely with our Systems, Business Intelligence (BI) to align processes, tools, and reporting with strategic objectives. This is a high-impact role and ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, leading cross-functional initiatives, and enabling teams to operate with clarity and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Design and implement scalable revenue lifecycle processes aligned with strategic goals.
- Translate process designs into actionable business requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, compliance, and data flow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Salesforce and integrated tools support evolving needs.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Partner with BI to define key metrics, validate data flows, and deliver actionable insights.
- Support change management through effective documentation and training resources.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects involving opportunity optimization and territory planning.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales or CS Operations, or a related GTM operations role.
- Proven experience in designing and documenting scalable revenue processes and workflows.
- Strong ability to create detailed business requirements and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Proficient with Salesforce and related GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, Openprise).
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with a high attention to detail and structure.
