The Senior Manager of Customer Growth is a critical leadership role responsible for managing a team of Account Directors and/ or Account Managers. You will drive performance through coaching, pipeline oversight, and process rigor while ensuring customers remain satisfied, retained, and growing on MNTN’s platform.
This role requires a proven leader with a track record of managing sellers, mitigating customer risk, and building scalable processes that improve operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and Account Managers, supporting their performance and growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer impact.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.
- Work with Sales and leadership to define and hit quarterly revenue goals.
- Drive strategies that support account expansion and renewals.
- Act as the escalation point for at-risk customers and lead efforts to recover and retain them.
- Spot patterns in churn or paused accounts and implement proactive solutions to reduce risk.
- Build and refine processes for account planning, reviews, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate across teams—Sales, Marketing, Product Support, and Platform Experience—to streamline workflows and improve handoffs.
- Identify and implement operational improvements that increase team efficiency and scalability.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years in customer success, account management, or sales leadership roles, ideally in AdTech, SaaS, or CTV.
- Proven experience managing a revenue-focused team, including both strategic sellers and support staff.
- Demonstrated ability to support growth of enterprise revenue portfolios exceeding $50M+ annually.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management, forecasting, and driving retention/expansion outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving and operational mindset — with a track record of process improvements.
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders — internally and externally.
