We’re on the hunt for an Engineering Manager for our QuickFrame Marketplace team who doesn’t just manage—but inspires. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with the Lead Staff Engineer to provide technical oversight on frontend and backend development, including serverless architectures, cloud infrastructure, and RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, Design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the roadmap.
  • Partner with Technical Program Manager to translate business and product requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Encourage innovation and the adoption of modern frameworks and tools to enhance product capabilities and engineering practices.
  • Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and customer support on customer-facing initiatives.
  • Own team operations, ensuring efficient processes for delivery, quality, and reliability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams.
  • Strong technical foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and serverless architectures.
  • Proficiency with RESTful API design and event-driven systems; familiarity with tRPC is a plus.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices: Agile, Git/SVN, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Ability to balance leadership with occasional hands-on contributions when needed.
  • Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers to deliver user-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers, manage multiple priorities, and deliver impactful projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical execution with business needs.
