Senior Project Manager

United States

At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2025.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. It’s what led MNTN to being named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023. You can learn more about us and everything we do by visiting https://mountain.com/.

We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Engineering PMO and support our Integrations Team. This role is a dual-track position that goes beyond traditional engineering project management. You will own both end-to-end execution for integration development and the entire go-to-market (GTM) coordination and release process for partner integrations. This role requires a senior, highly organized operator who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end execution of integrations initiatives from planning through launch, ensuring delivery within committed timelines
  • Take pre-defined technical and functional requirements from technical leadership and translate them into executable project plans
  • Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent integrations by managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and proactively removing risks and blockers.
  • Facilitate agile events, including, but not limited to: stand ups, parking lots, backlog refinements, sprint reviews, sprint plannings and/or retrospectives for your team
  • Engage with technical leads and engineers to ensure tickets are properly detailed, prioritized and estimated
  • Track, analyze and story tell metrics, at the team-level, to help deliver consistent productivity and velocity value and forecast project estimation
  • Own the GTM framework for Partner Integrations, including managing a multi-tier launch system, timelines, milestones, and execution standards across all integration types.
  • Serve as the single-threaded owner for cross-functional GTM coordination, aligning Engineering, Partnerships, Revenue, and Support teams to drive clarity on ownership, dependencies, and handoffs.
  • Drive end-to-end GTM launch readiness and execution, assigning owners, managing deliverables, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring integrations are fully operational and technically ready for launch.

What success looks like

  • Consistently delivers high-impact roadmap initiatives on time and within scope, proactively managing dependencies, mitigating risks early, and maintaining predictable velocity.
  • Builds a high-performing, motivated team operating within a strong agile framework, improving estimation accuracy, capacity planning, and team health metrics while continuously increasing delivery efficiency and quality.
  • Operationalizes and scales a best-in-class GTM framework for partner integrations, creating clear tiering, launch standards, ownership models, and repeatable processes that reduce friction, eliminate ambiguity, and increase launch velocity across teams.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or engineering-adjacent PM roles, ideally supporting integrations or platform teams
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex GTM motions at mid-to-large companies, particularly for technical or partner-driven products
  • Strong experience owning and delivering projects end-to-end across both engineering and business stakeholders
  • Experience working within MarTech, AdTech, or client-facing SaaS platforms is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and data flows, including APIs, SQL, ETL pipelines, and system integrations
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously without losing rigor or attention to detail
  • Strong capacity planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
  • High attention to detail with a bias toward execution and follow-through — if a date is set, you ensure it’s met
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, including comfort using metrics to communicate delivery and progress
  • Confidence operating as an accountability driver in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk) is required
  • Experience with Asana is required
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus

MNTN Perks

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
