This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2025.)
We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.
So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Success team at MNTN! As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in expanding new business to MNTN by designing and implementing solutions that align customer needs with business objectives. Acting as the platform subject matter expert (SME), you will support the pre-sales process, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new business lines and partner integrations, and ensure the successful implementation of new solutions in order to drive long-term success for our customers.
What you’ll do
- Partner with customers, prospects, and internal teams to design technical solutions that leverage MNTN’s platform and meet real market needs
- Act as the product and technical SME in pre-sales, helping sales teams uncover needs, articulate value, and address technical questions or objections
- Identify gaps, closed-lost themes, and unmet customer needs—and work cross-functionally to shape new solutions, integrations, and enablement opportunities
- Support and scale partnerships with third-party platforms, including helping build and operationalize technical integrations across measurement, data, analytics, and operations
- Develop clear customer use cases and quantify market opportunities to help prioritize roadmap decisions with Engineering and Business Development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new solutions and partnerships to market, including creating internal and external playbooks and launch materials
- Build sales enablement resources such as positioning guides, FAQs, process documentation, and troubleshooting support
- Stay current on AdTech and CTV trends and serve as a go-to expert on competitors, partners, and the broader ecosystem
What success looks like
- Drive new revenue opportunities and customer growth by identifying customer needs, producing new, scalable solutions, and finally driving customer adoption.
- Supporting the end-to-end roll out of new customer solutions, working cross-functionally on all key stages: identification, discovery, prioritization, development, beta testing, go-to-market planning, deployment, implementation, enablement, partner management and ongoing technical support.
- Drive new revenue as the ongoing SME technical support on pre-sales touchpoints, as needed. Strengthen existing customer growth and sentiment as the ongoing SME for new integrations and cross-platform solutions.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solutions engineering role
- Prior experience in adtech or performance marketing
- Prior experience with Go-To-Market Support
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer challenges, positioning solutions that address their needs while emphasizing the relevance and benefits of our offerings.
- Proactively identify and understand customer challenges to develop actionable solutions that align with business goals and drive value
- Ability to address client concerns, reframe objections, and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align solutions with customer needs and market demands.
- Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem, including competing CTV and performance marketing platforms, as well as key players in measurement, audience data, and inventory.
