Senior Manager, GTM Systems Delivery

United States

At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2026.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. It’s what led MNTN to being named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023. You can learn more about us and everything we do by visiting https://mountain.com/.

We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

MNTN is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Systems Delivery to lead the team delivering high-priority changes across Salesforce and our connected GTM technology stack. You’ll keep urgent initiatives moving without sacrificing the platform, integration, data, security, testing, and release standards that help our systems scale.

This is a technical people leadership role for someone who can guide solution design, develop a strong team, and stay close enough to the work to jump in when needed. You won’t be the primary builder, but you’ll bring the technical depth to evaluate solutions, challenge estimates, troubleshoot issues, and hold a high bar for quality.

You'll report to the Head of Revenue Operations & Systems and lead a multidisciplinary team spanning business analysis, Salesforce and business systems engineering, and systems enablement. You'll partner closely with the Salesforce Foundation team, RevOps domain leads, the Salesforce Architect, AI Engineering, Business Analytics Engineering, and Platform/Data Engineering.

What you’ll do

  • Own the expedited GTM systems delivery lane from intake and scoping through solution design, build, testing, launch, enablement, and stabilization.
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary systems team, setting clear ownership, performance expectations, technical standards, and growth plans. Step in to troubleshoot or build when critical work gets stuck.
  • Turn executive and Revenue priorities into focused two-to-four-week delivery cycles with clear outcomes, scope, ownership, dependencies, technical direction, and definitions of done.
  • Manage capacity across urgent initiatives, service requests, and planned work. Set service levels, surface tradeoffs early, and lead escalation conversations when demand exceeds capacity.
  • Partner with RevOps leads, who own business priorities, process decisions, stakeholder relationships, and final acceptance, while your team owns solution design and delivery.
  • Work with the Foundation team and Salesforce Architect to follow platform standards, limit unnecessary customization, and turn recurring issues into durable roadmap or technical-debt investments.
  • Guide revenue-related AI requests to the right solution and coordinate data and reporting dependencies with AI Engineering, Business Analytics Engineering, and Platform/Data Engineering—without absorbing ownership that belongs with those teams.
  • Use cycle time, aging, rework, deployment success, production defects, integration reliability, adoption, and stakeholder outcomes to improve how the team delivers.

What success looks like

  • Independently own the expedited GTM systems portfolio, with clear intake, prioritization, capacity, scope, dependencies, risks, owners, and delivery plans.
  • Establish clear roles, operating expectations, and development priorities for the Business Analysis, Systems Engineering, and Systems Enablement team.
  • Lead at least one priority Salesforce or cross-system initiative through design, build, testing, release, and stabilization with clear business acceptance and no critical production issues.
  • Establish an effective technical-review partnership with the Foundation team and Salesforce Architect so expedited work follows platform standards and recurring issues are routed into the appropriate roadmap.
  • Build trust with the stakeholders involved in assigned initiatives through clear updates, early escalation of risks, and transparent scope, timing, and capacity tradeoffs.

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of experience across Salesforce, Business Systems, GTM Technology, or enterprise applications, including 2+ years leading Salesforce, business systems, or multidisciplinary technical delivery teams.
  • A current Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification, plus recent hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development. Platform Developer or architect-level experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading high-priority, cross-functional work across Salesforce and connected GTM tools in a fast-moving Revenue organization.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Flow, data models, security and permissions, APIs, integrations, environments, testing, deployments, and common failure points across connected systems. You should also have a working knowledge of Apex and Lightning Web Components.
  • A strong track record across intake, prioritization, capacity planning, requirements, UAT, release readiness, adoption, and post-launch stabilization.
  • The ability to align senior leaders, translate technical constraints clearly, and keep scope, decisions, and ownership clear across cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience developing technical talent, delegating effectively, and creating accountability without becoming the team’s primary builder—along with sound judgment around urgency, scope, and platform tradeoffs.

Nice to have

  • Experience applying product operations, Shape Up, or similar appetite-based planning methods to enterprise systems work.
  • Experience with Salesforce delivery tools, Jira, source control, release management, and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and operations, agentic workflows, and governance for revenue-facing AI use cases.
