We are expanding our game development team to build the next generation of immersive, narrative-driven gaming and multimedia experiences.

The Role

As a Senior Producer, you will serve as the operational anchor of our game development pipelines. Driving projects from initial concept through release and live operations. You will partner with creative directors, lead cross-functional development teams, manage roadmaps, and ensure we ship high-quality interactive experiences on time and within budget.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where creative vision meets structured execution, join us in shaping the future of narrative-driven gaming.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full game development lifecycles (concept, pre-production, production, launch, and live ops), ensuring deliverables meet quality targets, deadlines, and budget constraints.
  • Partner with Directors and Discipline Leads to translate the creative vision into actionable roadmaps, sprint goals, and quantifiable milestones.
  • Design, implement, and refine production workflows across design, art, engineering, and audio to maximize developer efficiency and deliverable predictability.
  • Proactively identify creative, technical, or timeline bottlenecks early; execute scope triage and risk mitigation strategies to keep teams moving smoothly.
  • Act as the central communication hub, translating technical and creative priorities across teams, hosting sprint rituals, and providing clear roadmap updates to studio leadership.
  • Utilize production metrics (velocity, burndown, capacity planning) to optimize workflows, balance workloads, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a transparent, highly collaborative work environment, protecting developer well-being while holding teams accountable to delivery goals.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of game production experience, with at least one shipped title in a Senior, Lead, or Tech Producer capacity supporting full development lifecycles from concept to launch.
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies, hand-offs, and workflows across engineering, design, art, audio, and narrative disciplines.
  • Expert-level command of Jira and Confluence, with hands-on experience adapting Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks to custom studio pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to make pragmatic scope trade-offs that preserve core player experience while hitting critical dates.
  • Experience supporting post-launch support cycles, content drops, or live game operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of bridging communication gaps between high-level creative visionaries and technical execution teams.

Pluses

  • Direct experience shipping on PC and major console platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo), including managing first-party submission pipelines and certification processes.
  • Experience coordinating with co-development studios, external vendors, or outsourcing partners.
  • Strong technical literacy in core engine tools, backend dependencies, and developer workflow tooling.
  • Experience managing content-heavy pipelines or episodic release schedules.
