The Mobi Product Management team plays a critical role in driving the success of our AI-powered products by working closely with dedicated Mobi engineering teams. Each Product Manager owns and supports a specific product, collaborating across all aspects of product management—from strategy to execution.
As a Product Manager at Mobi, you will play a key role in driving the design, development, and growth of our Travel Agent Platform platform. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver highly technical AI-powered solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy
- Establish technical goals and a clear development vision for Mobi’s Travel Agent Platform.
- Analyze user needs, business objectives, and product features to develop a comprehensive and prioritized feature roadmap.
- Leverage market research and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.

Product Development and Execution
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to guide the end-to-end development process, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across teams.
- Write detailed product documentation and technical specifications by synthesizing input from engineering leaders to ensure clarity and precision.
- Continuously improve the user experience, API design and management, system integration, and testing processes for the platforms.

User Research and Customer Engagement
- Conduct thorough user research, surveys, and technical studies to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with external customers for user testing and gather insights to enhance platform usability.
- Develop customized API documentation and messaging based on customer needs, ensuring effective technical communication.

Leadership and Collaboration
- Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that product initiatives are executed on time and align with Mobi’s overall business goals.
- Present well-crafted and compelling product messaging to Mobi business leaders and external customers.
- Assess the costs and benefits of technical projects, advocating for funding and resources to senior executives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Execution Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver and scale complex technical products, particularly AI-powered platforms, with a focus on driving results and managing trade-offs. 5+ years of industry experience as a Product Manager, managing technical products or applications.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
- A master’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Candidates with a BA will be considered if their prior experience and work history are highly relevant.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical limitations, trade-offs, and system complexities to guide decision-making and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and articulate a clear product vision paired with a strategic roadmap, driving products into new domains or industries while aligning with overall company goals.
- Analytical Expertise: Exceptional skills in leveraging data and user insights to inform decisions, define product requirements, and prioritize features for maximum impact.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in navigating complex product spaces with a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and technical landscapes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to work seamlessly across engineering, design, and business teams, communicating technical and strategic decisions clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Customer Engagement: Skilled in gathering user feedback, conducting research, and presenting compelling, well-structured technical solutions to customers and business leaders.
The base salary range for this US full-time position is between $140,000- $200,000, and is eligible for an annual company bonus, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. All candidates receive equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits offering. The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for candidates. The following factors are considered when determining the compensation offered: work location, skills, experience, and any relevant education or training.
