Senior Business Analytics Analyst

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.  

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Duties: The Senior Business Analytics Analyst at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Tempe, Arizona will perform business requirements analysis, define business needs, and document new business requirements. Review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business users. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for product offerings and improvements. Drive resolution of critical production issues. Conduct in-depth data analytics to identify actionable insights, experimentation hypotheses and influence direction of business by effectively communicating findings. Build and maintain rich, dynamic analytic dashboards. Display results in easy-to-consume reports that help business partners understand their business and its drivers. Build end-to-end reporting solutions from multiple data structures and sources. Support design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide views, dashboards and custom reporting. Connect customer, marketing, sales, renewals, product usage and churn data to get a complete picture of various GoDaddy  customer segment. Design, implement, and interpret A/B and multi-variant testing, including the math and statistics necessary to interpret and make informed decisions about results that improve the company’s product and process. Telecommuting permissible.

Salary: GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $136,157-$167,000 per year.

Location: Tempe, AZ

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Information Technology and Management, Analytics, or related field plus 3 years of experience as a business analytics analyst, business intelligence developer, or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Management, Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of experience as a business analytics analyst, business intelligence developer, or related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: SQL, data visualizing, business intelligence tools including Tableau and PowerBI; and analytical techniques including trend analysis. Must also have 1 year of experience with statistical data analysis; and A/B or multi-variant testing.
