About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Finance to join the finance team. In this critical role, you will use your analytical expertise to provide actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making and drive Mochi Health’s mission. You’ll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, working cross-functionally to support our rapidly growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, the ability to interpret complex data, and excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to project future performance and support growth initiatives.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends and variances in financial data, offering recommendations for improvement or corrective actions.
  • Partner with department heads to create and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and policies.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA designation is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $125,000 to $180,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
