About The Role:

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and building products that transform the healthcare industry. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on brand-new product verticals as Mochi expands and scales its offerings beyond what we are currently focused on today. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, you’ll deliver outstanding products that meet our customers' needs, improve patient outcomes, and help shape the future of healthcare.

Who You Are:

• You have exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• You bring 1-2+ years of combined experience in healthcare and product management
• You thrive in environments of constant change, uncertainty, and occasional chaos
• You possess a keen eye for detail and a talent for organization
• You excel in collaborative team settings and are hands-on when needed
• You have experience leading teams and successfully implementing team goals and deadlines
• You’re passionate about continuous product improvement, going beyond just shipping new products
