About The Role:
Aequita Pharmacy, in partnership with Mochi Health, is dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. The Senior Pharmacy Technician will mentor junior staff, oversee medication dispensing, and ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician looking to step into a leadership role.
This position is based on-site in Kirkland, WA, at a non-patient-facing location. You will work closely with the full-time pharmacists and technicians at this facility.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor junior pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and training on best practices, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and medications
- Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Follow all safety protocols when handling medications
- Assist with billing and insurance claims
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pharmacy software and technology is a plus

The estimated pay range for this position is between $32/hour and $39/hour
