About The Role

As a Cleanroom Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pharmacy’s laboratory operations by preparing and compounding medications to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. You will collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to maintain stringent safety and regulatory standards while ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our cleanroom environment.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with pharmacists to accurately prepare and compound medications.
• Manage daily cleanroom operations, including measuring, mixing, and maintaining equipment.
• Oversee inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and within expiration dates.
• Maintain precise records of lab activities, such as formulation logs and batch records.
• Prioritize precision and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards to uphold exceptional patient care.

Who You Are

Detail-oriented with experience in medication preparation and lab processes. Knowledgeable in sterile techniques and cleanroom operations. A team player who fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and maintaining a compliant lab. Committed to patient care, ensuring safe and accurate medication preparation. Experience in a pharmacy or lab setting, especially with medication compounding, is a plus.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, in addition to upside potential, and benefits. The pay range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire compensation across all locations.
