About The Role

Mochi Health is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to help build the Mochi Health brand into a household name. You’ll work across the design and growth teams to ensure our messaging and presentation are both high-quality and consistent, while reinforcing who we aspire to be as a company. This role reports to Mochi’s Head of Growth..

The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a positive impact in the healthcare space, a firm foundation in marketing principles, and a track record of success in brand marketing. You’re a self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the key steward and champion of our brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all channels and assets, social media, the Mochi Health blog, and other marketing materials
• Prioritize and project manage the delivery of creative assets from the design team to meet growth team needs
• Generate and organize concepts and ideas for new campaigns with the growth team 
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team on a coordinated messaging strategy.

Who You Are

• 3+ years' experience in a brand marketing role, ideally in a consumer industry or the health care space. 
• A strong understanding of marketing principles like value propositions, positioning, and general competitive differentiation.
• Knows the different parts of a marketing organization and their function in the overall marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication skills
• The right combination of creative thinking and results-driven organizational skills   
• A self-starter that is comfortable in a quickly changing startup environment

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000-$150,0000 in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
