The Role

The Revenue Operations Associate will support the Revenue Operations function by owning day-to-day system administration and operational reporting across Sales, CS, & GTM Tooling. This role sits at the intersection of systems administration, data analytics, and operational project management, ensuring the tools and reporting that power the Go-To-Market team to run efficiently and reliably.

As the GTM organization continues to scale, this role will help reduce operational risk, improve system reliability, and create the capacity needed to drive automation and process improvements across the team. The RevOps Ops Associate will partner closely with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and help drive measurable retention outcomes.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help operate and improve the systems and reporting infrastructure that supports GTM to drive retention across the business. This includes day-to-day system administration, reporting ownership, and supporting initiatives that improve operational efficiency. 

You will:

  • Serve as project lead for system initiatives, automation programs, and integrations
  • Work cross-functionally to identify operational gaps and build solutions that improve efficiency 
  • Administer and support core GTM tooling and system workflows
  • Maintain dashboards and operational reporting for leadership
  • Triage system issues, bugs, and operational troubleshooting
  • Build proficiency across Salesforce and other systems to expand backend coverage and support ongoing system improvements

Over time, this role will evolve to also help drive process improvements that increase efficiency and improve retention outcomes.

Who You Are

You are an analytical and systems-oriented problem solver who enjoys improving processes and building operational efficiency. You are comfortable navigating data, learning new tools, and partnering cross-functionally to move initiatives forward.

You likely bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, revenue operations, or a related operational role
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and reporting
  • A curiosity for how systems work and a willingness to learn new platforms
  • A structured, organized approach to managing projects and operational tasks
  • The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
  • A strong ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, and Matik a bonus but not required

You enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure systems run smoothly and processes scale effectively, enabling Go-To-Market teams to focus on delivering great outcomes.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. Ranges are not necessarily indicative of the associated starting pay range in other locations. Depending on the scope of the role, some ranges are indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets.
