The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects within the Payments or Patient Engagement product lines for our key, strategic, and enterprise clients. This includes full lifecycle project management from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. The PM plays a critical role in driving client success, aligning with strategic business goals, and serving as a trusted advisor and implementation expert.
In alignment with our core values — Be Agile, Pursue Effectiveness and Efficiency, Earn Trust, and Champion Innovation — the PM will work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Operations, and Training teams to ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
Your Role:
- Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects, primarily focused on enterprise clients & the delivery of products or services from the design process through a finished state for internal/external customers.
- Oversee and execute (configure/build) enterprise implementation strategies that scale across multiple locations, departments, or business units, accounting for complex stakeholder systems and competing priorities.
- Plan and direct schedules of Training, Configuration, and Installation.
- Assess implementation issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client success.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, and status reports.
- Conduct implementation meetings and is responsible for all project deliverables.
- Manage the order, tracking, and installation of all terminals (when applicable)
- Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems.
- Work closely with the Sales organization, Operations team, gPM, Project Management, and healthcare facility clients, driving the transition from the sales process, through implementation, and into operational maintenance.
- Monitor risk, scope, and project health within CRM
- Monitor the implementation process, and schedule and provide regular implementation status reports to external and internal management teams.
- Lead, coordinate, and facilitate client and internal meetings concerning implementation timelines, health, and risk assessment.
- Maintain updated knowledge and experience for healthcare service implementations and CRM/Project Management technology.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, business operations, or implementation roles, including at least 2–3 years working within clinical environments through direct training, system implementations, or healthcare technology delivery (preferred).
- Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact implementations for enterprise-level clients, including managing multiple stakeholders, navigating matrixed organizations, and aligning to strategic business outcomes.
- Strong proficiency with enterprise project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or equivalent platforms.
- Successful completion of a Bachelor's degree or relevant Business / Information Technology experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving enterprise customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation, and detail-oriented perspective.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise business processes, change management, and implementation best practices.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional project team and work with peers in a team effort.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel occasionally as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirements.
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work independently without direct supervision.
- The capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results.
- Must possess an agile mindset, ensuring client success.
