- Lead efforts in disaster recovery, high availability, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions, ensuring business continuity.
- Strong SDLC and Engineering Discipline:
- Champion rigorous software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices to ensure quality, security, and maintainability of cloud applications.
- Promote a shift-left mentality, integrating testing, security, and compliance early into the development process to detect and resolve issues sooner.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to embed automation, continuous testing, and code quality standards throughout the SDLC.
- Financial Stewardship and Cloud Cost Governance:
- Own cloud budgeting and financial planning, partnering closely with finance and business stakeholders to implement effective FinOps practices.
- Champion cost optimization initiatives at scale, driving continuous analysis, rightsizing, and cost-saving opportunities across all cloud environments.
