The Product Enablement Specialist is an integral position in the service we provide our customers. Their role is to ensure customer orders are strategically delivered according to their agreement in a timely manner, per company requirements and quality expectations, while providing an excellent customer transaction experience
Your Role:
- Demonstrates full competency of Modernizing Medicine’s specialty-specific EHR or Practice Management System.
- Responsible for enabling, disabling, and tracking our products and services.
- Interpret complex contracts and agreements, including customer purchase orders, in order to accurately enter, manage, and deliver orders according to billing commencement requirements.
- Collaborates with internal and external customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify service delivery requirements.
- Independently fulfills administrative requests coming in through multiple channels, i.e., cases, tasks, Formsites, e-mails, and chats.
- Responsible for acknowledging and executing the order to customers and/or the corresponding team, including providing additional information required to process the order.
- Corresponds with customers in a highly formal and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Makes ongoing recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensures provider, vendor connection & disconnection are executed following the addendum terms and conditions.
- Uses a systematic approach to ensure all phases of orders are documented within various software applications.
- Additional tasks as required to drive efficiencies in Client Services interactions with our customers and internally to create delight and awesome experiences
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer experience.
- Demonstrates good analytical and time management skills.
- Experience using a SaaS-based.
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare technology.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed customer expectations.
- Polished phone presence and professional in-person demeanor.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
