As a Technical Trainer, you are the architect of our engineering excellence. By empowering our developers with mastery over .NET technologies, you ensure that our software remains bold, innovative, and life-changing.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will join our Tech Academy as a champion of growth. Your goal is to bridge the gap between complex technology and human capability, ensuring our teams in Hyderabad have the tools they need to innovate boldly and then make things happen.
- Content Design & Curriculum Ownership (50%)
- Innovate Boldly: Design and develop high-impact technical training materials, including hands-on labs, interactive assessments, and e-learning modules.
- Stay Sharp: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure our .NET curriculum reflects the cutting edge of the industry.
- Creative Execution: Use tools like Articulate, Canva, and Vyond to create engaging content that makes learning "stick."
- Facilitation & Mentorship (30%)
- Create Customer Delight: Treat our internal developers as your customers. Lead virtual and in-person sessions that are not just informative, but inspiring.
- Empower Others: Act as a mentor for technical staff, helping them navigate the nuances of .NET Core, ASP.NET, and RESTful APIs.
- Think Big: Scale your impact by fostering a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.
- Program Management & Strategy (20%)
- Save Time: Streamline the training schedule and oversee the learner journey within our LMS (Docebo).
- Align Passion with Purpose: Work closely with Product Development leaders to ensure our training roadmap aligns with our global product goals.
- Measure Success: Monitor program health and iterate on content to ensure we are always moving the needle on developer capability.
What You Bring to the Team
- The Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT and a deep-rooted expertise in the .NET ecosystem.
- The Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to teaching or training. You know how to translate "dev-speak" into "learner-speak."
- The Toolkit: * Proficiency with Docebo (or similar enterprise LMS) and content tools like Articulate.
- Fluency in the Google Suite and Slack.
- Bonus points if you’ve experimented with Gemini or GenAI to enhance productivity!
- The Mindset: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess a "Think Big, Have Fun, Do Good" attitude.
- You understand adult learning principles and know how to keep an audience engaged.
- Technical "Must-Haves":
- C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, SQL Server, and NUnit.
