The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Director to expand our consumer client portfolio, drive net new revenue growth, and enhance brand awareness. This individual will play a pivotal role in unlocking high-value partnerships, influencing industry trends, and delivering strategic market insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a consultative selling environment, demonstrates a growth mindset, and is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.

The Opportunity: 

Expand Client Portfolio and Drive Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to unlock new verticals and partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PDM, Marketing, GTM) to drive client activation strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Navigate long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations to close high-value deals.

Consultative Client Engagement

  • Understand and address client needs by applying exceptional product and industry knowledge.
  • Proactively propose tailored solutions and map them to client objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted executive relationships with curiosity, value-add, and a human approach.
  • Stay informed about key industries (retail, finance, healthcare, technology) and their unique advertising needs.

Enhance Brand Awareness and Market Position

  • Represent the company at industry events and through thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and focus on retention and growth.
  • Monitor media trends (e.g., AI in advertising, data privacy, consumer behavior) to inform strategy and engagement.

Provide Strategic Market Insights

  • Uncover and communicate client needs to influence internal product and service development.
  • Identify competitive weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for market positioning.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to drive innovation.

Foster a Collaborative and High-Performance Team Culture

  • Take extreme ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through persistence, grit, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Solicit and provide constructive feedback, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 5 to 10 years in digital advertising sales with a strategic and consultative sales approach with focus on building long term partnerships
  • Experience within the Mobile and programmatic advertising space, including thought-leadership on industry trends and emerging technologies in this space.
  • Proven track record of new business revenue generation in a goal-oriented environment
  • Critical thinking, curiosity for digital marketing and passion for winning
  • Demonstrated ability to foster cross-functional partnerships and build long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions persuasively
  • Ability to adapt quickly to client needs, market conditions, and organizational priorities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred)

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:

$135,000 - $190,800 USD
