The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco
As a Senior Manager, Business Systems, you will own and optimize critical enterprise SaaS platforms that power our Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Finance, and other core business processes. Your expertise in system architecture, integration strategies, and automation will be key to enabling scale, improving efficiency, and enhancing the user experience across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will design solutions, implement them in partnership with internal teams and external consultants, and drive the technical roadmap to support our evolving business needs. You will apply strong technical judgment to architect system integrations and ensure alignment with business goals, scalability, and security.
The Opportunity
Architect Scalable Business Systems
- Design robust system architectures and integration strategies to support global scalability and future-proof operations.
- Evaluate and apply design principles and architectural patterns when integrating heterogeneous business systems.
- Understand and analyze complex data models, including those related to usage-based billing systems and metered services.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities within existing platforms through a technical lens.
- Lead implementation of integration and automation initiatives with a focus on architectural soundness and maintainability.
Enable Cross-Functional Success
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Sales, and other Operations teams to align business systems with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal system admins, engineers, and external consultants to build scalable and performant enterprise solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate integration and data flow risks to maintain a high bar for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Drive Efficiency Through Automation & AI
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern integration tools (e.g., iPaaS, APIs, low-code platforms) to streamline business processes.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in enterprise systems design.
- Establish and maintain best practices for system governance, data integrity, and technical documentation throughout the integration lifecycle.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise SaaS business systems in technology companies, ideally in SaaS or FinTech.
- Expertise in cloud-native environments, system data models, and master data management.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and technically about system interactions and architectural tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with data models and design patterns related to usage-based billing, usage tracking, and event metering systems.
- Strong knowledge of Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Accounting, and Financial Planning processes.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Administrator or Architect supporting Finance, Revenue, and Sales teams.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities in an Agile environment while driving technical execution and solution design.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, using OKRs, sprint planning, and structured roadmaps.
- Commitment to maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system diagrams and data flow mappings.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SOX compliance and establishing Segregation of Duties.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and business operations.
- Experience applying RACI frameworks to clarify operational responsibilities.
- Solid foundation in Agile methodologies (sprints, user stories, retrospectives).
- Strong technical acumen in designing and implementing enterprise data flows and API-first integrations.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$174,400 - $235,000 USD
