The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

As a Solutions Architect, Business Systems, you will own and optimize critical enterprise SaaS platforms that power our Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Finance, and other core business processes. Your expertise in system architecture, integration strategies, and automation will be key to enabling scale, improving efficiency, and enhancing the user experience across the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will design solutions, implement them in partnership with internal teams and external consultants, and drive the technical roadmap to support our evolving business needs.
The Opportunity:
Architect Scalable Business Systems
- Design system architectures and integration strategies to support global scalability.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities within existing platforms.
- Lead the implementation of integration and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
Enable Cross-Functional Success
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Sales, and other Operations teams to align business systems with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with internal system admins, engineers, and external consultants to build and optimize enterprise solutions.
- Maintain a high bar for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Drive Efficiency Through Automation & AI
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern integration tools to enhance system efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Implement best practices for system governance, data integrity, and technical documentation.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise SaaS business systems in technology companies, ideally in SaaS or FinTech.
- Expertise in cloud-native environments, system data models, and master data management.
- Strong knowledge of Go-To-Market, Quote-to-Cash, Accounting, and Financial Planning processes.
- Hands-on experience as a Business Systems Administrator supporting Finance, Revenue, and Sales teams.
- Ability to manage capacity, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution in an Agile environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of using OKRs, sprint planning, and structured roadmaps.
- Commitment to maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SOX compliance and establishing Segregation of Duties.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and business operations.
- Familiarity with RACI frameworks to define operational responsibilities.
- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (sprints, user stories, retrospectives).
- Experience architecting enterprise data flows for core business systems.

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$181,600 - $272,400 USD
