The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is looking for a Senior People Partner to lead our People partnership efforts across EMEA, based in our London office. You will be the primary HR partner in-region, supporting almost 100 employees across the UK, Germany, Israel, and additional countries in continental Europe. You will work alongside our EMEA recruiter and stay closely connected to our global People team.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who thrives on building trust, enabling leaders, and helping high-growth companies scale in a thoughtful and values-driven way. You will be the go-to resource for our EMEA-based managers and employees, leading efforts across ER, engagement, lifecycle programs, and regional growth planning while ensuring Moloco remains compliant, connected, and aligned to its culture.
You will partner closely with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and People COEs (including People Ops, Benefits, L&D, and Total Rewards) to ensure global programs are successful in-region and to bring the voice of EMEA into global People strategy. You will have ownership from strategy through execution, a seat at the table, and a direct impact on how we support Molocans across Europe.
The Opportunity:
Regional Leadership and Strategic Partnership
- Act as the primary People Partner for EMEA, supporting employees and partnering with business leaders across R&D, GTM, and corporate teams.
- Provide regional perspective and leadership on People initiatives, ensuring global programs are localised effectively and with care.
- Advise and coach senior leaders on organisational health, change management, culture, and talent strategy.
- Serve as a thought partner on team structure, hybrid work, regional expansion, and long-term workforce planning.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and Workplace teams to shape EMEA location strategy, including headcount planning, labor compliance, and infrastructure development.
Culture, Engagement, and Employee Experience
- Champion a values-aligned and inclusive culture that reflects Moloco’s mission while honouring local nuance.
- Partner with Workplace Operations to deliver on-site culture-building experiences and hybrid team support.
- Collaborate with People Operations and Benefits teams to ensure that policies, tools, and perks are understood and utilised.
- Use insights from onboarding, exit interviews, and pulse data to identify themes and drive improvements to morale and connection across the region.
Lifecycle, ER, and Manager Enablement
- Own employee lifecycle programs across EMEA, including onboarding, performance reviews, mobility, promotions, and exits.
- Coach and advise managers on employee development, performance conversations, and sensitive people issues.
- Lead or support employee relations matters across countries, partnering closely with Employment Legal to maintain fairness and compliance.
- Proactively identify issues in hiring, retention, and manager capability, and implement improvements in collaboration with global peers.
Regional Compliance and Policy Leadership
- Stay current on UK and European labor laws and apply that knowledge to policy design and employment documentation.
- Own and maintain localised HR templates, employment agreements, and regional handbooks.
- Partner with Legal, Payroll, and People Compliance to minimise risk, manage complexity, and ensure operational consistency.
Global Program Execution and Collaboration
- Represent the EMEA region in the rollout and adaptation of global People programs, such as performance management, compensation, engagement, and DEI.
- Tailor programs for cultural and legal fit within EMEA, while maintaining consistency with global objectives.
- Stay connected to the sentiment and needs of EMEA employees and communicate those to the global People team.
- Partner with People Ops, Benefits, and Total Rewards to ensure regional readiness and successful program delivery.
- Contribute feedback and local insights to improve global initiatives over time.
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 8 to 10+ years in People Partner, HRBP, or Generalist roles with experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA.
- Deep understanding of UK and EU employment law, HR compliance, and operational considerations.
- Experience owning HR partnership in a regional role that requires independent decision-making.
- Strong coaching background and ability to advise senior leaders and managers in high-growth or scaling environments.
- Track record of delivering employee experience programs that improve morale, trust, and team engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions and time zones.
- Practical and people-centred approach that balances structure with empathy.
- Experience supporting or influencing location strategy, workforce planning, or team design is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CIPD Level 5 or 7 strongly preferred.
Why You'll Love This Role
This role offers a rare blend of regional leadership, day-to-day support, and global strategic influence. You will shape how Moloco shows up as an employer across Europe, build trust with employees and leaders, and help scale our People practices with empathy and discipline.
You will tackle meaningful and complex questions:

- How do we support managers in a growing country in a scalable way?
- How do we evolve our regional footprint while preserving what makes Moloco unique?
You will also have the autonomy to act, the space to grow, and the chance to influence how global programs succeed at the local level. If you are energised by strategic thinking, cultural leadership, and practical problem solving, this role is for you!
