The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
Moloco is looking for a Director, People Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to some of our most critical executive leaders. This is a high-impact role for a senior HR leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, talent, and organizational design.
As a People Partner, you’ll embed deeply with executive leaders to guide org design, leadership development, succession planning, and change management—enabling business growth through world-class people strategies.

The Opportunity:

People Partnership with Managers and Employees
- Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to executive leaders across Corporate Functions and Product.
- Drive org design and effectiveness efforts, including structural changes, role clarity, spans/layers, and operating model refinement
- Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and internal mobility planning for critical teams
- Serve as a key voice in leadership development, manager effectiveness, and team performance strategies
- Partner with COEs (e.g., L&D, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Enablement) to co-create scalable solutions and tailor them to business needs
- Anticipate talent risks using people analytics and workforce data, and guide leaders in proactive action
- Provide coaching and development to leaders during moments of change—including reorgs, leadership transitions, and business pivots
How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
- 14+ years of progressive HR or People Partner experience, including at least 3 years partnering directly with executive-level leaders
- Deep understanding of business models, GTM motions, and functional priorities across corporate and product teams
- Expertise in org design, change management, talent planning, and leadership development
- Strong data acumen and ability to use insights to influence decisions
- Experience leading through growth, transformation, and ambiguity
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and coaching skills

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)
In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Base Pay Range:
$195,200 - $292,800 USD
