The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

As a Growth Manager at Moloco Commerce Media, you'll be at the front line of helping Korea's top retailers and commerce platforms unlock the full potential of their ad business. You'll work closely with clients to drive onboarding, performance, and long-term growth - while building the operational and analytical foundation that scales our business in the region.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where sharp thinking meets execution. You'll collaborate closely with senior team members, internal product and data teams, and clients to turn insights into impact.

The Opportunity: 

  • Support the onboarding of new MCM clients, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective launch.
  • Manage a portfolio of Korean clients, monitoring campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and proactively surfacing recommendations.
  • Handle day-to-day client operations - troubleshooting issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Build and contribute to internal enablement materials such as onboarding guides, playbooks, and scalable workflows that improve team efficiency.
  • Assist in client training sessions and performance reviews, collaborating with senior team members on strategic decisions and C-level presentations.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and support clients in optimizing their ad spend and business outcomes.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or client-facing roles; retail media or mobile internet industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with data, drawing insights, and translating numbers into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Structured problem-solving approach with the creativity to find solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to navigate multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ML-based advertising or programmatic platforms is a plus.
  • High ownership mentality and genuine passion for client success and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, global company environment.
  • Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
