Experience:

• 4–15 years of software development experience across backend, frontend, or full-stack systems, with a track record of leading complex, large-scale projects as seniority grows
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills with solid fundamentals in data structures and algorithms
• Experience designing and implementing scalable systems — whether server-side APIs and infrastructure, or user-facing web and mobile interfaces
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems, high-throughput data pipelines, or performance-critical frontend applications
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Proficiency working with AI coding tools as a force multiplier — you plan before prompting, provide architectural context, review generated code critically, and know when to write code yourself versus when AI adds genuine value
• Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
