About the Team

The UX/UI Designer will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating intuitive and visually appealing experiences for small businesses. You will utilize user testing, customer feedback, and business strategy to deliver seamless desktop and mobile interfaces that enhance the scheduling and communication experience. We work quickly and collaboratively to validate new features and scale them across our platform.

Role Overview

  • Designing User Experiences and Interfaces: Craft seamless and user-friendly web and mobile experiences by understanding user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that align with both our brand identity and user-centered goals.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions, ensuring that the end product effectively meets the needs of our target audience.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to communicate design ideas and guide development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to balance user needs with technical and business requirements, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system across the platform.
  • Implementation Support: Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately, advocating for pixel-perfect designs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into iterative design improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process and innovative UI/UX solutions.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with creating prototypes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers to create user-centric designs.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience working closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in developing solutions to design challenges.
  • Experience with Webflow is a plus.
